Improve your Protein Formula with Polyphenols

New research has concluded that berry polyphenols can improve the physical properties of plant protein dispersions. Moreover, due to their potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, polyphenols have been reported to bring the following benefits to plant protein formula:
